Shopping with ALDERN

These terms apply to purchases from aldern.store. You can contact ALDERN at contact@aldern.store. Please read these terms together with our Delivery policy, Returns policy and Privacy policy.

Products and information

Check the selected model, colour, size and specifications before ordering. Movement, materials and dimensions vary by model. Product photographs show the available designs, although screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. Model names do not, by themselves, describe a watch’s mechanism or performance.

If you are unsure about a specification, contact us before purchase. We may correct errors in product information and will contact you if a material error affects an order you have placed.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Your checkout shows the items, applicable discounts, delivery charges and any applicable taxes before you pay. Please review the final total and your delivery details before submitting an order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled items.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free

Add any two eligible ALDERN watches to your bag. The lower-priced watch is free, with a maximum of one free watch per order. Both watches must be in the bag. The discount is automatic and requires no code. It cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts. If quantities or items change, the offer is recalculated. Check the discount shown in your bag before checkout.

The offer applies to watches in the All watches collection. Delivery charges are separate. See our Returns policy for promotional purchases.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates and available services are described in our Delivery policy. For cancellations, returns, faulty goods and exchanges, follow our Returns policy. Contact us promptly if you need help changing an order.

Using this website

Please provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person’s details. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any dispute remains subject to the protections and rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Updates and contact
