Processing your order
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is additional to the transit estimates above.
Tracking and delivery estimates
We send dispatch confirmation and tracking information to the email address entered at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the first carrier scan.
The times shown above are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The service names do not mean that your order will arrive within 24 or 48 hours of purchase. Carrier disruption, public holidays and other delays may affect delivery.
Help with your delivery
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated period, email contact@aldern.store with your order number so we can help investigate.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights if an order is delayed, lost or not delivered.
